The first (basement) level houses technical rooms, a gym and a study — areas that require separation and concentration. The second level (first floor) combines social spaces: a kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the terrace. The space is open, dynamic, designed for communication and entertaining guests. The third level (second floor) is a private area with bedrooms, dressing rooms, and bathrooms, organised around a central hall, which helps maintain a sense of calm and rhythm.

Concept

The project was created in the CLASSIC CAVE philosophy — a stylistic direction that combines archetypal classics with modern plasticity. Exquisite proportions, soft lines and light accents form an environment where every detail contributes to integrity and depth. Visual axes, symmetry and rhythm in the details organise the space as a modern architectural composition with timeless values.

materials

The basis is warm natural stone with a rich pattern, which is used for cladding furniture, walls and floor surfaces. Light wood adds a natural touch, while textiles and plaster add tactility. The palette of materials is based on light, soft tones that create an enveloping environment and work as a single spatial array.
